Baristas are getting trained to serve better drinks

The Managers in Baristas are training the staff to serve the drinks in the best ways. Starbucks Corp. registered a loss in the last year of about 50% and therefore the company decided to shut down its stores in US and nearly 7,100 stores have already been closed by the company to make up with the losses.

The company also planned to shut down the stores from evening 5.30 to 9 to provide training to its staff for a better service. The Managers are instructing workers to use fresh milk every time and get the espresso shot in 15 to 19 sec. The workers are also asked to thank the customer with a smile after the service is given.
