European Central Bank raises interest by a quarter of a percentage

The inflation increased to get to a new record and the European Central Bank raised interest by a quarter of a percentage to 4.25.But the Europe economy is slowing and leaders of the European union are worried that the increased rates may choke the exchanges.
The Federal Reserve has not increased rates but it indicate that the interest will be increased in coming months to contain the increasing inflation.
