European market comes with mixed response for U.S. bailout failure

The European markets gave mixed responses for the bailout failure on Tuesday. The chief economist at research firm in Greenwich wrote that the short term funding markets are worst sufferers of the market crisis.
An income strategist in Frankfurt said that money market is having no trading from some time and Central banks are only provider of cash in market. The market is expecting that the final bailout plan will get cleared later in coming weeks.
