Fed analyzing pros and cons of rate cuts

Federal Reserve last week had an emergency meeting that decided on cutting down the rates to bring the economy and the share market to stability and this week again the Federal is on a point to decide over the rates matter. Federal Reserve is finding it difficult to make a decision as the cut in rates will affect the US economy.

The rates reduced by the central bank was 0.75% in the last week ,which was aimed to get stability in the dwindling market in US.

It is predicted that cutting rates will make the investors get panic over the status of the economy that is very risky. The analysts in the policymaking meeting are indecisive and finding it difficult to get a way out of the problem.
