International Monetary Fund raised growth forecast for the year

The International Monetary Fund has predicted a positive growth in U.S. Economy for the year 2008 of 1.1% and for the year 2009 it predicted that the growth rate will be 0.8%.
The managing director of IMF said that the economy has not fallen to get the worst credit conditions and inflation though the market situation posed challenges to the policy makers. The reports suggested rapid and innovative steps to be taken by economist and said that the overall effect is still “uncertain.â€
