The deal between the two companies have been signed for the take over of 60% of Marmon Holdings sold by the Pritzker family of Chicago to the Berkshire Hathaway for $4.5 billion. Warren E. Buffett’s deal will help the Pritzkers to transfer its holdings to Mr. Buffett.
