A-Rod and wife both will file a divorce

Cynthia Rodriguez will be filing a divorce against husband Yankees star Alex Rodriguez on Monday charging him of infidelity and Alex Rodriguez is also planning to file a divorce citing, Cynthia is unwilling to reconcile.

The couple has 2 kids, a 3 year old daughter Natasha and an 11 week old .The couple will be making a high price divorce suit that will be filed in Miami-Dade County Family Court.
