Second vigorous winter storm may hit northwest

The second vigorous storm of the season is passing through the Pacific Northwest and the storm is expected to hit the parts of U.S. that previously reported freezing temperatures and chill conditions on the first official day of winters.

The second storm is expected to hit northwest on Monday and it may also come with rains into regions of San Francisco and snow in Sierra Nevada. Flights transitions delayed after the storms and many areas had power cuts.
