Cancer deaths will double in coming two decades

It is expected that deaths caused by cancer will double in coming two decades in low- and middle-income countries where the intake of tobacco is high and people are more and more adopting to the westernized lifestyles.

The report on cancer was released by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) that said that the disease will be the prime reason for deaths in the year 2010 and by 2030, deaths caused by cancer every year will increase to 17 million.
