A device that will be implanted on the back on the neck called chronic migraine implant device, developed by the Medical device maker company Medtronic Inc, is said to be a better solution to alleviate migraine pains.

The device was released by the American Headache Society that claimed that approximately 40% of the patients suffering from migraine got relief on using the device. The society researched 61 patients who regularly experienced 15 or more pains every month and the patients were not getting any help from the regular medicines.
