Excessively clean living reduces immunity

According to new hygiene hypothesis today people in U.S. do not live on farms and have a reduced interaction to environment which has reduced the immunity level .Another factor contributing to low immunity and food allergies is use of medications and antibiotics which prevents natural infections.

In a survey, it was found that many households have children suffering from food allergy. It was found that three million Americans reported either pea nut or tree nut allergy.
