kidney
The kidney transplanted from a male donor to a female donor have high risk of graft failures and it has been found from the records that the gender of the donor should be matched before going though a kidney transplant operation.

It is found that male recipient get benefited from bigger male kidneys that have higher number pf nephrons and women do not need the same number of nephrons as men and will no be at a risk of getting rejection from a kidney donated by female donor.
