Health officials say obesity in control

The government health official in US said that after 25 years of increasing rate of obesity in the country a control in the obesity rate has been observed by the health official as illustrated in the reports by US centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The number of people recorded to be obese in US in the current year are 72 million people ,the same number was reported in the statistics published in 2003-04.

The CDC National Center’s epidemiologist Cynthia Ogden said that hopefully the increase in obesity cases are not many in the last year. Earlier the numbers of obese woman were higher. The reports say that men are catching to woman rate of getting obese.
