Research on links between cancer and Vytorin

An extensive clinical study was ordered by the house committee in U.S. that wanted to get the research called SEAS to check the links between cancer and the cholesterol drug Vytorin that uses the components from the companies Merck’s Zocor and Schering-Plough’s Zetia.

The house committee has been asking for key data to get the cases of cancer and deaths linked to Vytorin. The drug has been bringing revenue of $5.1 billion to their owner companies.
