Watching more TV linked to asthma

Kids, who spend more than 2 hours in front of TV in a day, double of the risk of developing breathing problems and asthma. The research linking TV to asthma is published in Thorax journal and the daily routine of 3000 children in age group of 1 month - 11 years were studied by the research team to get the results.
Researchers informed “doing deep breathing exercises can help kids stay fit as the kids who exercise less are prone to asthma.”
