The Mortgage Banker Association informed a report on Thursday that stated that the number of foreclosures on June 30 were low as compared to the first quarter of the year .The rate showed 70% decline in foreclosures from the first three months which indicated that the foreclosure condition in state of Michigan has improved .

China refuses visa to Indian army general in Kashmir
Trade between India and China is flourishing but China’s government initiated a new controversy in the diplomatic relations by refusing visa to Indian Army General – who was posted in Kashmir. Apple filed patent for touch enabled iMac
Apple had filed a patent on July 9 for getting the patent for a device in which one can switch between mouse and touch based inputs through an adjustable stand. The inventor listed in the patent is Paul Costa who works at Apple as a hardware engineer manager.

Judge bans use of federal money for stem cell research
The U.S. district Court judge banned the use of federal money for stem cell research because the case conflicted the ban on the use of federal money for destroying embryos. The research will continue for a hile but new research will not be started and the ruling will block President Obama’s order to expand embryonic stem cell funding.

Meat used in Grab and Go deli recalled
Meat which is used in the making of Marketside Grab and the Go deli sandwiches have been recalled as the meat is suspected to be contaminated with a bacterium called the Listeria monocytogenes. These bacteria cause a deadly disease called listeriosis.
