Low temperatures freeze water in pipes

The National weather service in Wichita reported that the snow of at least two inches will occur in night hours. Snow caused accidents on Monday and one got seriously injured in the accident and a man got killed in the road crash in snow.

Chill winds below zero froze water in pipes and Monday was coldest to have temperature below 2 degree Celsius. Three houses caught fire caused by people who tried to stay warm in fire.
