Scientist get signs of volcanic activity in Arctic Ocean

The ice covered Arctic region must be placed on a volcano and the U.S. led scientists are claiming that they have for the first time found uncovered evidence of volcanic eruptions deep beneath the Arctic Ocean.

The scientist claimed that the evidences of volcanoes are the presence of pyroclastic deposits that are splintered, fragmented rock that come out of volcanoes .Earlier it was expected that the weight of water disallowed eruption of volcanoes beneath ocean.
