Michael Phelps gets 7th gold

In the men’s 100-meter butterfly final on Saturday morning, Michael Phelps succeeded in getting ahead of Milorad Cavic of Serbia to get the gold. He won by one hundredth of a second to get the medal.

As the swimmers reached the finish, they took out their goggles to look at the scoreboard and Phelps was at 50.58, the best on scoreboard. Serbian swimming official filed written protest for the result but after looking at the video footage the protest was taken back.
