Serena Williams gets the fourth Aussie Open title

Serena Williams won over Russian opponent Dinara Safina by 6-0, 6-3, to get her 10th major singles championship and fourth Aussie Open title. Williams won the Grand Slam titles in the years 2003, ‘05 and ‘07.

Serena won the game in 59 minutes and she got the title a day after winning the doubles title with her sister. With her fourth Australian Open title she joined Margaret Court, Evonne Steffi Graf, Goolagong-Cawley and Monica Seles.
