University files suit against Coach Rodriguez

Coach Rodriguez
The West Virginia University has filed a suit against the coach Rich Rodriguez in Monongalia County Circuit Court who was hired by the university for seven seasons.

The university has asked the former football coach to pay for $4 million buyout for his contract that is four months old. The coach was hired on Dec. 16 after Lloyd Carr retired from the post.

Rodriguez‘s quit will be effective from Dec 19 and 1/3 of the buyout will have to be paid in the 30 days of quitting.
