Apple’s iPhone browser violates patent claims

A suit has been filed by Elliot Gottfurcht against Apple on Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas as he claimed that Apple’s iPhone browser violates the patent on mobile web surfing awarded to him.

Elliot Gottfurcht‘s company was awarded Patent number 7,441,196 in October and the company claimed that Apple’s browser violates claims in patent.
