Arctic sea ice lowers to a record level

The global warning effect is more visible in Arctic areas where the Arctic sea ice has reached a record low level. The arctic ice is melting and the National Snow and Ice Data Center that has been measuring ice since 1979 reported that the area now covered is 2.03 million square miles.

The lowest level of ice was recorded last September that was 1.65 million square miles. Since three weeks of summers are still left, it is considered that the previous records will be broken this year.
