Federal court gives judgment in Google’s favor
The case over a patent issue filed by HyperphRase Technologies and HyperphRase Inc against Google at the district court of Wisconsin was partially upheld and partially vacated.
The case has been remanded by the U.S. Court of Appeals. The suit filed against Google was against the use of four patents used in the making of AutoLink and AdSense.
The U.S. Court of Appeals said that in using AdSense, Google did not break any patent Hyperph Rase’s rule. The court also gave a split decision over AutoLink. This was one of the many cases that Google is facing for patent infringement suits.
