Government auction of airwaves spectrum

The auction organized by the Federal Communications Commission is being held today by the US government and it is considered to be a crucial day for Google that is participating in the bidding for the spectrum along with many other telecommunication companies.

Google is interested in getting the C block of spectrum that will cost more than $4.6 billion that is a difficult amount for the bidders and the government has announced for the biddings for two spectrums and the other spectrum is not getting any bidder.
