Intel agreement with Cray to make supercomputers

The advance high performance computing will be built on the Intel processors after the two companies Intel and Cray come together to sign a multi year agreement. The deal will aim to bring new Intel and Cray together to deliver future technologies into the market.

The companies are planning to make supercomputer and planning its component design that will include the features like Multi core processing system and advanced interconnects. The Cray president said that Intel has been expert in Silicon technologies and Cray is leader in HPC systems and coming together will benefit both the companies.
