The Justice Department of U.S. will be opening an investigation to check the deal document between the two internet search companies Yahoo and Google. The 10 year deal between the two companies was made in June that was basically a non-executive partnership.
As per the agreement, Google had to give some search advertisement to Yahoo that may increase the search revenues of Yahoo. The deal will bring in extra $250 million - $450 million to Yahoo.
