U.S. internet service provider to restrict user access

The U.S. major cable operator Comcast Corp announced a new plan according to which the users who exceed the threshold of 250 gigabytes per account will get notification from the company and if the users continue downloading and uploading heavy data, the user will be terminated from service.
The company found that watching movie and emails, does not increase the internet data usage threshold above 250 gigabytes per account.
