White house delays digital TV

The new administration in America proposed to delay the digital television plan to June from February because many poor, elderly and rural households are not ready to bring about a change in their television sets.
The U.S. house approved the delay to June as it will bring no benefits to the 20 million populations that are not ready for a change.
