“Red flag warning” for fires in Northern California

A major fire broke out in Northern California on Sunday and till Monday morning the firefighters battled to control the spread of fires. The fires were given a “red flag warning” which indicated that had extreme fire danger.
The weather forecasters predicted thunderstorms and dry lightening in the week and it is expected to get drier and hotter as the summers arrive in July and August. It may take weeks or months to control the fire completely. President Bush declared emergency for California.
