An expected dry season in California
california
The hydrological condition in the state California in the current year is same as it was in the year 1987 to 1992 when the state had to face a major drought. The snow water content in the state is 61% and scientists are measuring the snow packs of Lake Tahoe to check water content.

The water managers in southern California informed that in summer it is expected that the state may have to impose rationings. This will be third consecutive dry year in California as the Sierra Nevada snow pack is quiet below normal.
