Bush signed the omnibus spending bill
The complains about the congress over spending of funds made by the President Bush has made the president to make a total spending bill on funds that rounded to $555-billion.
The new bill will help the government to have funds. Mr Bush signed on the bill and also complained over the inadequate funds provisions for the troop’s operative in Iraq and Afghanistan.
American President said that he was disappointed from the way the legislation was made. He said that the projects that cost more than $10 billion are not funded through a merit system and can lead to wasting away of money. In February the new budget will be brought to the congress.
