Connecticut Rep. Joe Courtney to decide in June

The Connecticut Rep. Joe Courtney will decide about whom to support, Senator Barack Obama or Mrs. Hillary Clinton, in the month of June, after the primaries finish off on June 3. Joe Courtney said that a late decision will hurt the democrats in general elections but instead of getting a divided decision in August, it will be better to get a final candidate in June.

Clinton had lost to Obama in Connecticut’s primaries on Feb 5 though she won the eastern Connecticut second District. Courtney said that he met Mrs. Clinton and she said that she would like to get his support.
