align="justify">Earl to reach mid Atlantic by end of the week

The forecaster believe the major storm Earl loaded with heavy rains and strong winds may reach mid-Atlantic by the end of the week and it will reach very close to North Carolina by Thursday. Earl will create heavy rains and winds on the northern Leeward Islands and it will strengthen into major storm in the day.

A hurricane watch has been issued in U.S. Virgin islands and in Puerto Rico .The energy meteorologists informed that if the hurricane converts into a major hurricane it may pose serious threats to the East Cost.
