Federal Judge ordered to produce conversation documents

The federal judge Susan Illston in US district San Francisco asked the Bush government to produce the papers related to the telecommunications tapings and conversations between the government and telecommunications companies about how to work on wiretapping laws.

Bush administration has been charged of illegally giving authority to the telecommunications companies of vexing into National Security Agency. The retroactive immunity provided to the telecommunication companies from lawsuits has been condemned by the court.
