Housing bill to support 30,000 people in Tennessee

The latest housing bill is aimed to bolster the real estate market and to help people to pay tax credits, foreclosure assistance provisions and many other measures that will help more than 30,000 in Tennessee.
The latest bill called The Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008 was signed by the president on Wednesday. The bill is aimed to bring back confidence into the housing market and to take effect of the default rates on home loans.
