It is expected that the budget for the city New York that is currently $59 billion, will have job cuts and cut in expenses but the Mayor Michael Bloomberg is expected to stress on paying more for health programs of the employee union.

About $1 billion cut is expected to come in budget and the mayor may stress to spend money on fixed personal costs and medi-aid programs.
