Obama advocates taking account of funds given to religious organizations

Obama said that the funds givens to religious organization like churches, temples and mosques by the federal grant is secular money and it should be used for secular program.
The religious organizations that get federal money should be secular in spending their money and hiring people for social services.

Obama announced that he will increase his spending in social services and in giving donations to social organization and check if the funds were used in providing grass root services to needy.
