Obama targets republican states

Obama is targeting states that are known to be traditional states of Republicans. Obama is trying to close the gap in states where McCain expects a win. Obama got support from young voters, liberal urban and African Americans.

In the republican state Sarasota President Bush won by seven points in 2000 and by nine points in 2004.Heavy crowds are gathering in rallies by Obama in many republican states. In Ed Smith Stadium, 13000 gathered during the spring training.
