Schwarzenegger orders to freeze hiring and to cut payrolls in state

The California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger ordered to cut payroll of state hiring and to freeze hiring offers to save money. The state has to recover from the $42 billion of budget deficit.

As per the executive order of the state the payroll of employees will be reduced by at least 10% and that may lead to layoffs. Schwarzenegger’s order may affect 235,000 employees.
