U.S. suspect rise in Taliban attacks on Afghanistan

The Pentagon said on Friday that Taliban militant group will increase attacks in Afghanistan and the militant group has created a tough insurgency on Afghanistan. The rising power of Taliban has increased anxiety in Washington.

The reports said that U.S. and NATO forces killed some key insurgents in Afghanistan but the pace of attacks from Taliban is expected to increase in 2008.The Pentagon is suspecting that the group will try to increase base in rural Afghanistan to regain strength.
