Ajmal Kasaab claims he is only 17

The highly trained terrorist who was involved in killing of 160 people in the November Mumbai attacks is claiming that he is not above 18 years old and his case should be handed over to juvenile court. The judge of the court rejected his plea saying that he did not tell his age was below 18 in his previous confessions and he did not even look like a teenager.

Kasab has admitted that a man who trained him was from Pakistan military and he was called Military general.
