Boat sinks in flood water in North India

A rescue boat sank in the flood waters in Northern India and 20 people are suspected to have drowned in the flood water. The boat accident happened in the area Madhepura where the rescue boat had gone to bring people from the top of their houses.

The rescue boat got overcrowded because people suspected that no more relief boat will come to the area. The boatmen are unable to help people standing on submerging house tops as they are scared of the forceful flood waters and rains. There are thousands of people standing on their house tops unable to save their lives.
