Children who get a low quality care in their first few years of development perform poorly in academics as compared to children who get a better quality child care in early age. After the age of fifteen many of the disparities disappear but some are for lifelong.
It has been found in a federally funded research that the children who get a good care are more obedient and the ones who are not given proper care in childhood have behavioural problems such as being argumentative, being mean to other people and getting into fights.
