align="justify">College student losing their sensitive side

College students are not sensitive as they used to be some years ago and the maximum change in the behavior of college students towards their friends was seen in 2000.A research was conducted by University of Michigan where it was found that the students are less empathetic as compared to their counterparts in 1970.

The research was done on 14000 college students from the last 30 years by the researcher Sara Konrath ,who said the biggest change was seen in 2000 and it could be due to introduction to non work related information and exposure to technology. The exposure to violent media is also behind the change.
