Countries to ban cluster munitions

About 111 countries banned the use of cluster bombs in their country on Friday at an international meet. The treaty has been signed by more than 100 countries and it will require the destruction of the munitions in coming eight years.

The agreement will be signed in Oslo meet that will be held on Dec 2 -3.The countries United States, China and Russia are not participating in the talks as per the UN secretary the move will bring out an international standard to protect civilian.
