Discovery prepares to launch on Wednesday

Discovery is getting ready for a lunch on Wednesday to complete the installation of International Space Station power system and to transfer Japan’s crew members to the station. The launch is scheduled for 9. 20 pm EST and the shuttle will be launched from Kennedy Space Center in Florida.

The shuttle has to spend two weeks in space and it is expected that the weather conditions will be normal during the launch.
