Eight killed in Pakistan bomb blast

A pro-Taliban commander’s compound got destroyed in a bomb blast in Pakistan’s Northwest region and eight people are reported to have got killed in the attacks. The Washington Post reported that Pakistani military denied its involvement in blasts and a pro-Taliban group accused the U.S. and NATO forces to be behind the attacks.

A spokesman from pro-Taliban group said that the attacks were missile strike from across the border from Afghanistan.
