Lindsay had to attend a court hearing but she was missing and the twenty -three year old actress was to be arrested but the judges recalled the warrant late as Lohan posted the bail. Lohan had been to Cannes although she was late to the function because she was not aware of it.

The bail was set up at $100,000 and strict conditions were implied on the actress who had to be present in the court to submit her progress report.
