Nawaz Sharif’s party fare’s well in by-elections in Pakistan

The current by-elections in Pakistan will not be affecting the February general elections but the supporters of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif won majority of the seats in the by-elections in Pakistan that was held on 5 National Assembly seats and 23 provincial assembly seats.
The February by-elections results were dominated by Benazir Bhutto’s party that won 123 out of 342 seats and Sharif’s party won 91 seats.
